We do our best to accurately describe all products. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and the nature of handmade or curated items, some variations may occur.

Perfume sensitivity varies by person. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Secure payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments, etc.).

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.

Due to hygiene and the nature of jewelry, all jewelry sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or credit.

Perfumes

Perfumes may not be returned or exchanged due to the intimate nature of the product. However, if you receive a broken or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll make it right.

How to Report an Issue

EnchantGems Jewelry & Scents values your shopping experience and strives to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time. Please consider the following before completing your purchase:

1. Shipping Addresses:
   It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

2. Lost Packages:
   While we do our best to ensure the successful delivery of each order, there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in packages being lost in transit.
   EnchantGems Jewelry & Scents is not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the designated shipping carrier.

3. Claims Process:
   If you encounter an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. ( Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped.)
   Unfortunately, EnchantGems Jewelry & Scents cannot file claims or offer replacements for lost packages or those delivered to incorrect addresses.
